cARTel presents TIME and SPACE, a celebration of all the people who have come together over the last 3 years to make our community happen, and the beginning of a whole new cARTel season of boundary-crushing art and one-of-a-kind social events.
* Featured will be feature 6 DJs that will chronologically spin dance music from the 60's to today, rotating every 45 minutes.
* The gallery will be home to 6 muralists and interactive art.
